After your refund request has been approved:

6. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by Tech On The Go. For orders fulfilled incorrectly or damaged during shipment, we will provide instructions for a prepaid return label.
